Abrahamic House had a table at the 2023 Unity Walk!
The walk is an annual program put on by religious communities across the DC region and organized by the Interfaith Council of Metropolitan Washington. Our fellows walked with participants of all ages to visit different houses of worship and spiritual centers in upper Northwest DC and learn about diverse faith traditions. They stopped by the National Cathedral, The Islamic Center of Washington D.C., The Washington Hebrew Congregation, got to hear the air force band, got their turbans tied in traditional Sikh fashion, and met with Cardinal Gregory, the archbishop of the Archdiocese of Washington D.C.
