World Interfaith Harmony Week (WIHW), which promotes harmony between all people regardless of their faith, is an annual event observed during the first week of February. WIHW recognizes the importance of mutual understanding and inter-religious dialogue for promoting a culture of peace and nonviolence. Join Abrahamic House, in partnership with Music & the Earth International, for a virtual event highlighting how coming together across faith traditions and geographic boundaries, through music and ecological programs, can promote peace, harmony, and a sustainable planet. We hope to see you this Saturday, February 5th from 12-1:15pm EST!
Join Abrahamic House at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, February 23rd for board game night! People from different faiths coming together to simply have fun is an act of interfaith in and of itself. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Address will be sent once you sign up. This event will be in-person contingent upon Covid-19 case rates. Updates to come!
The Abrahamic house invites you to a talk by Dr. Peter Herman to explore the role of religion in modern media and popular culture. Dr. Peter Herman is a former lecturer of theology and religious studies at Marymount University and a scholar of religious and social themes in science fiction. Please join us virtually from anywhere in the world for this fascinating discussion on Monday, February 28th from 6-7pm EST.
