Debra Feinberg has devoted her career to bringing people together across divides through education, community-building, and people-to-people diplomacy.
She began as a public school educator with Teach For America, then served as a consultant with a firm founded by Disney and McKinsey alumni, Deputy Director of TALMA, and Program Officer for the REALITY community at Schusterman Family Philanthropies. Through her consultancy, The Feinest Consulting, she has also advised nonprofits, national charter school networks, and philanthropies on strategy and scaling impact.
Debra’s work has taken her to classrooms and communities around the world, always focused on fostering understanding, empathy, and meaningful connection. At Abrahamic House, she partners with Mo to expand programming into new cities, deepen connections across faiths and cultures, and create more opportunities for dialogue, shared learning, and the heart work of building relationships that bridge divides. She is dedicated to helping Abrahamic House bring people together, strengthen connections, and cultivate a more inclusive, compassionate world guided by #GatheringNotOthering.
