Guests joined our Fellows to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Passover. Led by Ellen, the Fellows hosted a traditional seder (or ritual feast) at the house.

Guests shared delicious home-cooked food (big thanks to Ellen and Esma!) and listened intently to the Velveteen Rabbi Haggadah (or story) of Jewish people’s emancipation from bondage in Egypt, as recounted in the Book of Exodus. All eating and activities were done together at a big table, emphasizing the importance of community for this holiday.
