Conversation Club: Tu BiShvat Seder, Tree Planting and the Environment

The Abrahamic House DC community will gather together to plant a small tree and have a fruit-filled seder dinner. We are observing Tu BiShvat, a Jewish holiday that celebrates trees and the environment.

This will also be the soft-launch of our conversation club, where we gather to talk about issues that matter.

This month we’ll use a magazine article as a jumping-off point for a discussion around meat eating and vegetarianism.

Please read the essay Consider the Lobster by David Foster Wallace http://www.columbia.edu/~col8/lobsterarticle.pdf

Spaces are very limited. We will let you know by email if we can seat you.
