January 14th, 5:00 P.M. EST –
As the spring semester began for D.C. students, the Abrahamic House fellows invited guests to gather and reminisce about school days of old. Drawing on lived experiences, the fellows lead a casual discussion about how schooling can shape ideas and beliefs. Particularly, what schools taught them about different religions, ideas, cultures etc. Guests brought pictures from their early school days to participate in a friendly game! Pizza and apple cider were provided to keep everybody warm throughout the evening.
